Biblical training: Run safely
Proverbs 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.
Commentary: Run safely by making wise choices about where and when to run. Whenever possible run with a partner or group. Pray in the name of the Lord for true safety.
